About the service
R3spAwN E-Waste Technologies is an emerging e-waste management venture based in India. Legal incorporation and environmental approval processes are in development. The website does not claim that the venture is currently incorporated, licensed, authorised, registered with environmental regulators or certified.
Pickup requests and acceptance
Submitting the form creates a request for review. It does not guarantee item acceptance, service availability, pricing or an appointment. Our team must review your details and agree on collection arrangements before confirming a pickup. Any charges or commercial terms must be agreed separately before collection.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, equipment and location details. You must have authority to arrange the collection of the items. Disclose batteries, damage, hazardous components and access restrictions. Do not send unsafe materials without explicit agreement from the team.
Your equipment and data
Back up your information and remove personal, business and account data before collection. We do not currently offer certified data destruction or promise data-erasure certificates. Discuss any specific data-handling requirements with the team before handing over equipment.
Changes and cancellations
Tell the team if your items, address or availability change. Collection plans may need to be reviewed for safety, access or operational reasons. Updated arrangements must be agreed before collection.
Accounts and Respawn Coins
The current rate is ₹1 = 1 Respawn Coin in R3spAwN shop credit. Coins are non-transferable credits used for products listed by R3spAwN. They are not offered for cash purchase or cash withdrawal. There is no blockchain token or investment feature.
Submitting equipment does not guarantee a valuation or coins. Our team reviews the equipment and sends an offer for you to accept or decline. Coins are issued only after your acceptance, equipment receipt and final team approval. Any change to an agreed valuation requires a new agreement before credit is issued.
Shop orders and fulfilment
Only published actual products can be ordered. Category previews are not for sale. The price shown in coins is deducted when an order is placed, subject to available balance and stock. Our team coordinates fulfilment using the details you provide. No additional cash charge is applied automatically. Cancelling an unfulfilled order through the team returns its coins to the same wallet. Contact the team about returns, faults or other issues after fulfilment; final product-specific warranty and returns arrangements must be published before the shop launches. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.
Keep your sign-in details private. Production accounts require email verification. Existing accepted coin amounts are recorded in your transaction history. Any future rate or programme changes must be communicated before they apply; the owner must finalise the programme policy before public launch.
Appropriate use
Do not submit fraudulent requests, upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website. Optional photos should show equipment and avoid unrelated personal information.
